In December of 2010, when I lived in South Carolina, I bought myself a spinning wheel. It was the gift to myself for my 28th birthday. I got the Ashford Joy used off a Craigslist from a nice lady in California. Now, I'm not one to like things from California, but this California affair wasn't anywhere near over. The first roving I ordered for my wheel was from Pigeonroof Studios out of Oakland, California. I won't stop! I once ordered roving from Texas, which is, of course, the next best thing from Pigeonroof perfection. Now, I know better than to order anything that isn't PRS, and I even have noticed a trend in the colors that I purchase from her.
